A considerable amount of coordination and organization is required prior to a ship's arrival in port. Careful pre-planning ensures a vessel owner/operator the most efficient, safe, and effective operation is employed to ensure the timely and cost effective dispatch of a vessel.

TMG works with various local ship agencies and their represented principals to augment ship husbandry services during the pre-arrival planning and actual port call of a vessel.



TMG's services include:

  • Assist in pre-planning effort to secure the appropriate berthing, terminal facilities, and terminal/stevedoring services based on the operational requirements
  • Assist in the coordination of port/terminal security services that meet the international (ISPS), federal (MTSA) and local port authority's security mandates
  • Coordination, preparation and performance of regulatory government clearance procedures and documentation
  • Assist in the procurement and delivery of supplies, equipment and provisions
  • Assist in the arrangment, coordination and oversight of bunkering operations
  • Assist with crew repatriation, customs/immigrations documentation and processing, accommodations, and ground transportation transfers
  • Assist with anchorage/layberth harbor services
  • Provide additional support staff services throughout a vessel's port call
  • Assist with cargo operations contracting and supervision
  • Assist with cruise passenger terminal operations, intransit, embarkation/embarkation, support services
  • Assist with shipyard and voyage repair coordination
